The Victis crew's final chapter at a familiar Siberian lighthouse. A remake of Call of the Dead concludes one of Zombies' longest-running storylines.
Setup Guide
Power
- Turn on at least two of three power switches (Docks, Bridge, Human Infusion) to start setup flow.
- Open zipline routes and lighthouse floors early to avoid long objective detours in late rounds.
- Prioritize movement tools (cranks/handle) because most major systems are travel-gated.
Pack-a-Punch Location
Wherever the lighthouse beam points (Beach, Boathouse, Sunken Path, or Iceberg Golden PaP).
Accessing Pack-a-Punch
- Activate Docks and Bridge power switches, then obtain the blue rock and deliver it to the Hermit pulley.
- Track the lighthouse beam to find current PaP location and re-route quickly each move cycle.
- For Golden PaP, complete both zipline crank chains and Human Infusion power, then use Sun Deck flinger timing.
Riot Shield
Three-part shield with one piece in each major zone: Docks, Frozen Crevasse/Lagoon, and Lighthouse. Each part has three possible spawns. Build at the Lighthouse Station workbench, the Gangway on the ship, or Specimen Storage in the Facility.
Tag der Toten
PARTIAL SOLOTag der Toten is a long logistics quest with riddles, orange orb freezes, soapstone routing, and final moving-shield survival.
Open lighthouse, zipline, and facility paths while setting up PaP and Golden PaP access.
Complete challenge totems, dial phases, and offering riddles to start the orb process.
Freeze and return orange orbs, then run soapstone heating/cooling sequence without route mistakes.
Enter Golden PaP transformation and stay inside the moving Seal shield through lava-map pressure until Human Infusion closeout.
Field Strategies
- Tag runs are won by route discipline: pre-call every zipline and flinger before carrying timed items.
- Use Tundra Gun for panic clears and escort protection, not routine point rounds.
- Maintain one dedicated zombie holder during riddle/orb phases to avoid repeated setup loops.
- Heat pack and water management matter in every late step; avoid unnecessary water crossings.
Special Enemies
Returns from Alpha Omega. Zombie dogs in hound rounds that leave acid puddles on death. The frozen and narrow terrain of Tag makes puddle management trickier than on open maps.
TIP Use the open dock areas for hound rounds - the wider space lets you position away from puddles. The lighthouse spiral is too confined for safe hound clearing.
Armoured Soviet soldier zombies that return from Alpha Omega. High health, consistent threat in later rounds.
TIP The CRBR-S Wonder Weapon is highly effective against Krasny Soldats. Aim for the head to bypass their armour.
Power and PaP Network
Docks, Bridge, and Human Infusion switches determine route availability and objective pacing.
Both crank routes are mandatory for fast facility access and strongest PaP economy.
Equipment Logistics
Dynamite opens key facility paths; Heat Pack removes water slow and protects timed objective routes.
Vault keycard lockdown sequence is worth doing during stable rounds for safer late attempts.
